Refund-policy
Jubayers LLC provides digital services. Because digital services involve time, planning, creative work, and project-based execution, refunds are handled according to the stage of work completed.
General Policy
Refund requests are reviewed individually and fairly based on the status of the project, the amount of work already completed, and any deliverables already provided.
Before Work Begins
If a project has been confirmed but work has not yet started, a refund may be considered.
After Work Has Started
Once work has started, research, design, strategy, editing, planning, development, optimization, or related service time may already have been invested. In such cases, full refunds may not be available.
Completed or Delivered Work
If a project, milestone, file, design, strategy, consultation, edit, or other deliverable has already been completed or shared, partial or full refunds may not be available.
Custom Service Projects
Because many of our services are customized to each client’s business needs, custom work is generally non-refundable once the project has entered active production.
Communication and Resolution
If a client has a concern about a service, Jubayer LLC encourages direct communication so that a reasonable solution can be reviewed. Our goal is to maintain professional and fair business practices.
Chargebacks
Clients are expected to contact Jubayers LLC first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, so that the issue can be reviewed directly and professionally.
